Plaquenil and anxiety/depression? - Inspire I was also tired and my joints were sore so I went back up to my original dose of 400mg but immediately experienced severe and sudden anxiety and depression. I am also on 150mg of zoloft for GAD, OCD and depression which I have largely had under control for the past ten years with occasional little hiccups, but this has really shook me.

Has anyone experienced anxiety after/ while taking Plaquenil?
